1. How could I get samples ?
We can supply some free samples (total value under 10 US dollars) if you have a FedEx, DHL, TNT,  UPS account No. or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the courier freight. If the total value of the samples is more than ten US dollars, we will ask you to pay for the samples and courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receipt of the payment

2.What is the minimum order in US dollars ?

There is no minium order in US dollars ,but for product quantity ,MOQ is 10pcs (at least)

3. How much the courier freight will be for the samples ?
Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight, and volume of the samples.

4 .How can I get your price list ?

5. Can you design inserts /packaging for me ?
Yes, there is a minimum quantity requirement and up front fee for printing. Ask our sales for details.

6. How do you package your products ?
Basically there are three types of package for our products: polybag / blister / BOX, just depends on your requirement.

7. What’s your usual payment term for orders ?
Telegraphic transfer ( T/T ) to our company bank account and Alibaba payment  or Western Union  after order confirmation.
